Texas811 CENTER e-Locate Agreement Before using the Texas811 Center e-Locate program, I expressly understand and agree to the following terms: 1. The Texas811 Center e-Locate program is made available as a convenience to excavators in Texas. 2. Texas Excavation Safety System is not responsible for e-mail sent through the Texas811 Website, and I understand that Texas Excavation Safety System cannot and does not guarantee that any e-mail sent will reach its intended destination, the Texas811 Center. 3. As a user of the Texas811 e-Locate program, I will supply all information requested accurately, including a valid fax number on which to receive confirmation of successful locate request entry (in the form of the locate request message). 4. Texas Excavation Safety System is not responsible for the accuracy of any information entered by an excavator through the Texas811 Center e-Locate program. 5. All locate requests sent through the Texas811 e-Locate program will conform to the Texas state law advance notice requirement of two working days. 6. An e-Locate request entry is not valid or complete until I receive fax confirmation (in the form of the locate request message) from Texas Excavation Safety System of successful entry. 7. I assume all responsibility for timely notification and verification of a successful locate request entry by monitoring the receipt of a fax confirmation from the Texas811 Center (in the form of the locate request message).
